You may not use this website for any commercial purpose without receiving written authorization from FashionStarDome.com administration. We may from time to time change these Terms at our sole discretion. By using this Website after any such change(s), you agree to comply with, and be bound by, the Terms as changed.

We have taken care to ensure that the Items on our Website are presented as accurately as possible. However colour clarity may vary depending on the browser software or computer system used by you. We therefore cannot guarantee that the colour of the actual item is absolutely accurate. Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice.

PRICE/DELIVERY

All prices for Items available are inclusive of V.A.T (sales taxes) and are shown in US Dollars. However, unfortunately, in some cases, your country Custom and Revenue office may charge you taxes and duty. Please, be aware, that we could not be held responsible for any of this charges. To help you to avoid duty, we ship your item(s) as a GIFT and low commercial value. However, if the charges are applied, this is your responsibility to pay it.

We aim to deliver your order to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest time possible. For all deliveries a signature will be required. All orders will be sent by Courier Mail. All orders will be sent within 24 hours of the order being placed. PLEASE make sure that our Sales Verification Officer will be able to reach you over the phone number You provided. The lack of reach may cause a delay of shipping or cancellation of the order.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes and customs charges that the package may incur.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you are not completely happy with your purchase we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange. Before returning something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at info@fashionstardome.com . Please note that the return authorization (RMA) must be requested within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery and that the shipping cost will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error. Please read carefully the Returns & Exchanges below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa and Master Card We also accept card payment through Pay Pal. You confirm that the debit or credit card being used is yours and that all the personal information which you are required to provide us as a customer is true and accurate. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use. When your order is accepted and processed, payment will be made in full. In some case, if according to our Bank, transaction is considered HIGH RISK, our Sales Verification Officer may ask you to present some additional documents to confirm your address and identity. Under any surcumstanses this information will be shared with the third party.

In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this Website.

You agree fully to indemnify us, our directors, employees, suppliers or other representatives from and against all liabilities against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website. We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these terms and conditions. Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, “FashionStarDome.Com” take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
